     Examination Cell

The Examination Cell of VSRGDC MOVVA is appointed by the Principal. Consists of Principal who acts as Chief Superintendent.Assistant Superintendent  is  the Incharge of Examinations along with the supporting staff. The main activity of the Exam cell is to conduct  the exams in a smooth manner in the institution. The exam cell coordinates with the Krishna University regarding all matters related to the University examinations.

 Examination Cell serves all Examination notices received from University to all concerned members.

 Examination cell circulates all the Circulars for students regarding Exam Fee Collection, the last date of fee Collection, modalities of payments of  fine etc.

♦ Examination Cell takes all precautions while preparing Examination Time table, Invigilation duty chart, seating plans for the students in the Examination halls, for smooth conduct of Examinations etc.

 Examination Cell mobilizes the proper staff during the Examination time, and assigns them duty as per the duty chart already prepared.

 Examination cell takes necessary steps for distribution of Question Papers,and Answer sheets by the concerned invigilators and after completion of the exam  receives the answer sheetsand packs them  to send them to University.

 Examination Cell staff collects Marks Memos of various examinations from the University and they distribute them to the corresponding students.

♦ Examination Cell keeps all records pertaining to examinations.

♦ Examination Cell staff addresses grievances of administration, faculty, staff and students on all examination related issues.

Continuous Internal Assessment:

Two  Internal Exams are to be conducted and average marks is considered for 25 marks.

Internal Assessment (25 Marks)

1. Mid Exams    : 10 Marks

2. Seminar        : 05 Marks

3. Attendance    : 05 Marks

4. Assigment     : 05 Marks

       Total         : 25 Marks

End Semester (theory)Examinations:

           The Semester end Examinations are conducted as per the guide lines of Krishna University

Internal&External (lab)Examinations:

  • Preparation of examination schedule by EC
  • The schedule is displayed on the notice board of the lab for the benefit of students by respective lab I/c
  • Conduct of examination and evaluation by the EXTERNAL appointed by Krishna University.
  • After completion of External practical Examination, the OMR sheets are sent to KRU
